Nadir’s journey began as an intern in Denmark, gaining invaluable experience with various shipping companies, which laid the foundation for his leadership at Marcons. As the second generation, he steers with unwavering direction, staying hands-on in the business, supporting projects and lifting the team. From navigating challenges to shaping the company’s course, his journey is one of commitment. When not at the helm, he’s anchoring family moments or chasing mountain peaks—always charting the next horizon.
Capt. M. S. Momin
When the industry needs direction, they turn to Captain Momin. A seasoned Master Mariner with 17 years of expertise, he’s an anchor of reliability and wisdom. Whether solving complex challenges or guiding the team, his knowledge keeps The Marcons Group ahead of the tide.
Krishna Dhuri
Krishna joined Marcons at 19, setting sail as a trainee and steering towards the role of Head of Agency and Operations. With decades of experience, he is deeply anchored in the company's DNA and keeps our legacy sailing full steam ahead. A respected name in the industry, his straightforward and approachable nature reflects the excellence he upholds.
Capt. Carl Engineer
After 21 years at sea on the world's largest vessels, Capt. Carl has anchored ashore with The Marcons Group. With a steady hand on the wheel, he began to steer the nationwide Operations and Agency functions and now drives efficiency and growth at our Broking and Chartering desk. When not navigating Marcons to success, he's cruising on his bike — his first love — because for him, life is one big adventure.
